Applying for a job through our Camp Support programme is designed to be as easy and accessible as possible. The entire application process is broken up into step-by-step pieces, letting you work through it at your own pace and in your own time. It starts with some basic details and confirming your availability for the summer. Remember that to apply for a Camp Support role you must choose our Campower program, and you must also be a student in full-time education!

Now the excitement really begins. Once you’ve been approved by your interviewer and processed by the Camp America team, your application is live for camps to see! Enhance your application further with photos, videos and any certifications. Also be prepared to get some admin done and pay a few more cost instalments. We’ll send you instructions about police checks, medical forms and your J-1 visa. Ready to get started?

Camp America gave me the opportunity to make my biggest dream come true. I had a chance to live in the USA like a local and feel that vibe everyday - it’s something noone can take away from me.
Working at camp and the whole experience of going to the USA was amazing. I had the opportunity to meet many interesting people, learn about American culture and improve my language skills.
I made friends who I keep in touch with all the time and we visit each other (even though they live in Mexico - not an obstacle for us). This summer I am returning to the camp for the third time.
