How Does It Work?
Working on a summer camp with Camp America will grant you a J-1 work and travel visa. After your camp placement ends, you will have a maximum of 30 days to travel the USA. Where you go and what you do is entirely up to you! While many participants have a rough idea of travel plans, once you make friends at camp you might find new ideas and exciting opportunities, all inspired by the best local knowledge and insider tips.

Where Do I Go?
The USA is a pretty big place – it’s filled with famous cities, iconic landmarks and breathtaking national parks from coast to coast. How you explore it is completely up to you! You might aim to explore as much as possible in a single trip or focus on that specific state or destination you’ve always dreamed of visiting. Looking for more time to travel? Come back as a Returner and see even more sights next summer!
